Foundations

Start your Pilates journey with Verve's Foundation classes, designed especially for those new to the practice. These sessions offer a supportive, easy-to-follow introduction to foundational Pilates movements, helping you build confidence while learning the essentials. Our Foundation reformer classes focus on core principles and technique, creating a strong base for your future progression.In these beginner-friendly sessions, you'll also be introduced to the reformer—a dynamic piece of equipment that adds variety, challenge, and support to your workout. Foundation classes are intentionally accessible, guiding you through each movement so you can learn safely, comfortably, and with control. Our expert trainers are there to support you through your own personal fitness journey and will offer progressions and regressions every step of the way - so that you can move in a way that feels best for you.

Intermediate

Intermediate

Building on the fundamentals, Verve's intermediate reformer Pilates classes are designed for those with a strong understanding of Pilates principles who are ready to level up their workout. These sessions are thoughtfully structured to challenge your strength and endurance, while introducing more complex movements that elevate your practice. In our intermediate classes, you'll work through exercises that build strength, increase flexibility, and test coordination. Expect to be challenged, to move with intention, and to discover new levels of confidence and capability in your Pilates journey. Step into Verve's advanced Pilates classes and embrace the challenge. Designed for experienced practitioners who have confidently progressed through Foundation and Intermediate levels and are ready to discover their full potential. These sessions will push your balance, strength, and control to the next level. Expect complex, high energy, demanding sequences that explore the deeper and more dynamic elements of Pilates, delivering a rewarding and elevated experience for those ready to be challenged. Our expert trainers will support you through your own personal fitness journey and will offer progressions and regressions every step of the way - so that you can move in a way that feels best for you.

All Levels

Mum Club

Getting back into movement postpartum can be really scary, thats why we offer a welcoming class created especially for mums and mums-to-be. You'll feel encouraged, re-energised, and proud of taking time out to care for yourself. While this class is a great opportunity to connect with your new or changing body, its also perfect for connect with other mums! We'll use the reformer to build strength, improve alignment, and enhance muscle tone, with extra focus on posture and stability, to assist in your postpartum recover OR pregnancy journey. Little ones who aren't moving around are welcome to come with you and can be placed safely next to your reformer in a capsule, rocker, or play mat. Once your little one has mastered crawling it is no longer safe for them or you, so we ask that you take this time out for yourself and leave them with a loved one. These classes are safe throughout pregnancy, and postpartum is considered from birth to 18 months
